THE HIERARCHY OF RELATIONSHIP NEEDS: 

The Hierarchy of Relationship Needs is a 5-tier model that identifies the five levels of relationship development.

THE ADVANCED RELATIONSHIP BLUEPRINT:

The Advanced Relationship Blueprint is a visual map of the difference between Traditional Relationship and Advanced Relationship. 

Traditional Relationships refer to relationships that are limited to level three in the Hierarchy of Relationship Needs. 

The goal is to support you in moving beyond level three in the areas you are ready to work on.

THE FOUR QUADRANTS OF MASKING:

A model that shows you the 4 types of masking and how they fit in with the nervous system responses of fight, flight, freeze, and fawn. 

THE P.O.E.T PROCESS:

The P.O.E.T Process is the how. It is a four-step process for how to move from a masked state to a more honest and authentic expression of the self.

*Every coaching & therapeutic model fits into one or more of the four steps of POET.  

INTIMACY CAPACITY & THE FOUR ACCESS POINTS:

We all have a certain capacity to give, receive, and hold energy, including love, attention, connection, & resources (all expressions of energy). No matter how advanced you become in your relationships & accomplishments, you will always have your limits. 

Learning about Intimacy Capacity will give you ways to assess your limits, and what to do when you get to your edges and begin to feel overwhelmed or triggered.

The Four Access Points are the four doorways through which you can apply the POET process, to grow and increase your Intimacy Capacity, so that you can receive, hold, and give more energy (more of what you desire :))

THE DYNAMIC OF STRUGGLE AND HARMONY - THE POLARITIES:

As an individual you are a complete whole. Think of a yin-yang symbol . You have both sides of all polarities within you...including: emotional & logical, hardness & softness, light & dark, right & left, etc.  

When you enter into relationships with others it is like two yin-yang's now come together to create a larger yin-yang (a new whole) that encompasses and fully includes two “smaller” wholes.

When you find yourself in conflict with yourself or another, it’s usually a sign of polarity imbalance. 

Understanding how to harmonize & integrate polarities allows you to move through tension and conflict with yourself and others in more productive and useful ways.  

Boundaries are an essential aspect of relationship development. Many people believe the closer they get to themselves or others, the less boundaries they need. It's actually just the opposite. The closer you get to yourself and others, the more essential boundaries become. The courses and coaching in GROWTH will support you in the mindset and actions of boundary mastery.

When you join a live journaling/coaching call, no one can see or hear you unless you raise your hand and Jenny brings you on.

Live Journaling/Coaching calls provide support and structure to keep you focused on learning and practicing a new way. It includes a place to ask questions, make mistakes, and learn how to apply everything that's useful to your unique situation. During the coaching process, Jenny will guide you in a mindfullness practice and journaling questions. She will also teach, model, observe, interrupt, and suggest tweaks. This is all designed to help you create the life you desire through relationship development.  

Community with other women allows you to learn from others, and for them to learn from you. The principles are the same in all situations.
