This Return Policy for Bryce and Jenny LLC  ( " Company ," "we," "us," or "our" ), describes when and how returns are processed.

PLEASE NOTE: We do not offer any refunds for coaching sessions, physical products, physical books, In-person Intensives, and In-Person Retreats.  

This return policy only applies to: online digital courses, online course packages, or online digital products.
 

RETURN POLICY DETAILS

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase of any online digital course, online course package, or online digital product, you may request to receive a full refund within 48 hours after your purchase is made.

You may do this by emailing us at: [email protected] with your name and the email account you used to sign up for the online digital course, online course package, or online digital product.

If your email is received within the 48 hour, post-purchase time frame, we will refund you in full, and you will receive a confirmation email.

If you are refunded for your purchase of an online digital course, online course package, or online digital product, your access to the online digital course, online course package, or online digital product that you are refunded for will immediately be revoked.

After the 48-Hour, Post-Purchase, Time Frame, you are no longer eligible for a refund of any online digital course, online course package, or online digital product.
