Jenny is SUCH a great life coach. She is so good at creating and holding a safe space to truly be present in. Her questions during sessions are so timely and on-point, and they have led to many "ah-ha!" moments for me. I feel like I've really grown a lot since I started receiving coaching from her.

I think one reason she's so effective is that she genuinely lives and practices what she teaches. She's also super knowledgeable about relationships and how to do the work in general, and she's a great teacher. I also really like her framework and approach to doing the work. "Working with Jenny has been fantastic. I've seen a few therapists, and all have been helpful in some way. But working with Jenny is different. Coaching is different. She has a way of staying with you right where you are, so you can actually experience it and heal, instead of just trying to fix it in your head. If you're not where you want to be, you're not going to get there alone.

Having Jenny "on my team" has helped me grow leaps and bounds towards the goals I wanted but was too afraid to go for 100% before. I've been working with Jenny for 8 years. I started seeing her on my 18th birthday and I turn 26 this year. I am who I am solely because of Jenny. And I really like myself. Jenny has worked with my childhood trauma, PTSD, relationship issues, nightmares, self confidence, and addiction. She has helped me become an emotionally intelligent, compassionate, and stable person.
